We told the kids they could open the gifts from us and family the morning of the party since they would have presents from their friends later. Jake was up at the crack of dawn building towers to knock down with his new monster trucks! We kept him in our room to avoid waking Amanda up:

Nana braved the inflatable obstacle course and I am certain we could win some money if we had captured her epic fall on video!  They brought Amanda's birthday cake out earlier than we expected so we did not catch a video of her blowing out her candles. :-(

Birthday Party

The kids both wanted to have their birthday at Pump It Up this year, so we had a joint party this weekend.  They had inflatable bounce houses and a black light bounce room as well as an inflatable throne and crowns!  Penny even came to the party to hang with the big kids.  She was a little daredevil and kept asking to go down the big slide over and over on our laps.
