We set up the video and recorded almost an hour of Christmas morning, but had to break it down into smaller segments for use on the blog. Jake actually slept in that morning (probably won't ever happen again) so we ended up with more video of Amanda. We forgot the camera was there and often moved out of view or blocked it - will do better next year. Weeks of keeping them from ripping paper off packages, and then when they had the chance, they looked at it and waited for us to help them open stuff! Watching the video confirmed one thing that we already knew in theory... Amanda demands more of our attention and little Jake is more self-sufficient!
